## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营的移交客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度，支行的贵宾理财经理应定期将钻石及以上客户移交给分行钻石客户经理和私行金融顾问经营。
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级。
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规 任职资格 本科学历，3年以上理财投资相关工作经验，专业功底扎实，具备市场开拓能力。 有私行理财经验者及持有AFP\CFP等理财专业证优先。
