## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责资金条线前台业务的量化需求的预研以及工程化实现；
- 对接前台的业务需求、沟通和挖掘需求、参与量化系统的架构设计和工程实施；
- 开展数据增值服务的量化分析、数据挖掘原型系统的开发验证，技术预研以及核心模块设计；
- 对接开发团队，从前台角度提出工程设计和实现方案；
- 对接量化团队，描述前台业务需求，协商量化实现方案。 任职资格
- 相关专业硕士毕业，2年以上金融IT量化开发经验；
- 熟练使用Python进行数据库操作和快速数据分析或进行需求原型验证 ；
- 熟悉FICC业务，对相关交易品种估值和风险分析等有一定了解；
- 可多线程工作， 有良好的沟通和抗压能力；
- 熟悉机器学习、神经网络、NLP技术, 有大模型应用经验者优先；
