## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导微信生态全域用户增长战略，全面负责平台小程序获客成本、规模与质量。
- 深入理解微信流量规则（包括小程序、公众号、搜一搜等）、生态机制，确保增长策略合规、可持续、可复制。
- 与投放团队紧密协作，明确获客计划，优化投放效能，提升投放渠道小程序获客规模及ROI。
- 构建并运营高活跃、高转化的微信私域流量池，利用企微、社群等工具，实现潜客高效承接，提升平台注册规模。
- 针对私域潜客形成机制化触达策略，与内容运营合作，提升私域潜客的平台转化效率。
- 与产品团队合作沉淀有效且符合场景用户心智的裂变活动，实现用户机制化的自传播。
- 建立数据驱动的增长体系，监控核心指标（持续进行A/B测试与策略迭代，优化转化漏斗。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上微信生态运营经验，具备从0到1搭建私域体系或主导小程序增长项目。
- 熟悉企业微信、社群管理工具等私域运营工具的使用。
- 对数据敏感，能熟练使用数据分析工具进行归因分析。
- 深度理解微信生态规则与风控机制，具备较强的合规意识与风险预判能力，能有效规避封号、限流等运营风险。
