## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责催收部门中各业务团队的费用支持工作，包括诉讼类票据审核、费用冲销、费用支付、额度导入、邮寄票据等内容；
- 负责催收部门中各项合规事项的管理宣导工作，包括员工异常行为与数据排查、现场稽核检查、对接合规部等工作；
- 负责催收部门中各项行政实务管理，包括一线催收团队的人员入职离职、帐号权限、资产盘点、职场管理、耗材管理、活动支持、安全管理等工作；
- 根据业务实际情况，协助完成跨部门沟通、数据信息汇总、上级部门交办活动等；
- 其他领导交办事宜。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历、金融、法律、计算机专业者优先；
- 熟悉银行或车贷催收流程，有银行催收部门、资产保全部门工作经验者优先；
- 工作认真负责，善于沟通，具有良好的抗压能力；
- 具有较高的内外沟通，协调公关能力；
- 平安内部员工符合招聘条件并愿意到深圳工作者优先考虑。
