## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责线上平台的日常运营工作;
- 优化用户体验，提升平台活跃度;
- 分析平台运营数据，制定优化策略;
- 策划并执行线上推广活动;
- 负责用户增长及留存工作;
- 与保险公司合作，推动产品上线及优化;
- 协调跨部门资源，确保运营目标达成;
- 持续优化运营流程，提升运营效率; 任职资格
- 工作地点为长沙市;
- 具备线上平台运营相关经验;
- 熟悉保险行业运营模式;
- 具备项目管理或团队管理经验;
- 具备数据分析能力;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力;
- 具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力;
