## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建完善的风控体系，预防系统性风险。
- 了解分析当地市场行情，制定地方性风控政策，指导队伍作业。
- 制定和完善分公司贷后管理办法及合理的委外诉讼、追偿回收制度。
- 追踪贷后管理人员工作绩效，进行团队管理。
- 对贷后管理数据进行分析，制定合理的贷后管理策略，确保指标达成。
- 对机构贷后管理业绩表现进行监控，及时提出改进计划。
- 撰写风控报告，领导交办的其他事宜。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，有学位证。
- 数学、统计、金融等相关行业优先。
- 三年以上金融行业信贷审批，风险管理经验。
- 较强的风险洞察力，逻辑分析能力，灵活应变，冲突管理能力和沟通协调能力。
