## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，经营寿险重点客群，推动银行资产和贷款业务；
- 沟通协调银行理财、个贷队伍，整合资源，共同协助寿险重客服务好客户；
- 推动寿险客群的银行产品渗透率，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有金融行业从业经验或熟悉寿险客群者优先；
- 具有较强的亲和力、沟通能力、学习能力及敏锐的观察力。
