## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定贷后管理相关政策、策略，落实并追踪分中心执行情况
- 负责日常业绩督导，追踪各分中心业务指标达成，推进KPI达成
- 定期分析各分中心贷后管理质量和效果，为分中心现场业务提供数据支持
- 协助部门完成年度项目工作，推动业务顺利开展
- 协调解决内外部部门对接的各类问题，确保业务健康有序的进行 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.0-5年相关工作经验 3.有一定的数据分析能力 4.有相关的贷后管理工作经验者优先
