## Job description

岗位职责

### 负责团队业务发展规划
- 完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作；推动业务拓展， 策划并组织所辖团队的营销活动，达成团队的销售任务；

### 负责团队人力发展规划
- 推动所辖团队建设、人才培养和内外部协调沟通；组织所辖团队的产品、技能、政策培训；实现团队的有效增员和优胜劣汰；

### 贯彻合规及风控制度要求
- 确保业务品质及合 规服务，协调处理客户投诉；
- 上级及领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特别优秀者放宽至大专；
- 具备银行零售贷款、普惠、对公工作营销及管理经验者优先；
- 无违规违纪处罚。
