## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与规划及制定销售渠道人力规划和业务节奏规划
- 建立销售渠道业务追踪体系，对业务进度与目标节奏达成进行追踪与督导
- 协助对销售渠道人员进行管理，包含对人员信息的维护更新，薪酬数据的上传和复核，考核结果的确认及追踪等
- 处理渠道业务发展中与风险、客服、行政、人事的各项对接工作
- 完成领导交办的其他任务 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融/保险/管理/营销类专业优先
- 具备2年以上相关工作经验
- 熟悉信用卡销售的前后线运作，熟悉销售推动工作
- 具有较强的调研分析、专案策划和沟通协调能力
- 能熟练运用Office、Excel软件
