## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责干部全生命周期管理，搭建并落地干部选育用留体系，统筹干部竞聘选拔、资格审核、流程组织全流程工作；
- 主导新任干部培养、后备干部梯队建设项目，制定培养方案并跟进实施，评估培养成效；
- 落实干部轮岗交流、退出管理工作，优化干部队伍配置，规范干部流动机制；
- 严格把控干部任职合规性，熟悉金融监管要求，做好董监高及干部任职资格申请；
- 完善干部管理档案、制度流程，跟进监管政策更新，保障干部管理工作合规高效推进。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备干部管理、人才发展相关工作经验，金融保险行业经验优先；
- 精通干部竞聘、培养项目落地实操，熟悉董监高任职资格监管及干部管理相关政策要求；
- 逻辑清晰、沟通协调能力强，工作严谨负责，具备良好的抗压性和保密意识；
- 男性、中共党员优先。
