## Job description

岗位职责

### 负责集团本部及下属子公司日常合规对接管理工作，包括但不限于
- 协助对集团内的重大事项、新业务开展、保险资金股权或不动产投资、重大财务采购立项等进行合规评审；
- 持续关注监管新规，促进外部新规内化与落地实施；对重大合规风险事件、重大监管动态进行风险提示；
- 协助完善合规评审相关制度、流程的标准化、规范化。

### 任职资格 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，法律专业，3年以上法律合规管理工作经验，具有法律从业资格、律师事务所从业经历优先；
- 熟悉保险资金运用、投融资、收并购等相关法律法规及监管要求；
- 有较强的协调、沟通、报告及PPT处理能力，善于主动思考和行动，能独立处理部分较为复杂的工作事务的能力；
- 性格稳重，执行力强，工作认真负责。
