## Job description

岗位职责
- 对于出险案件，根据需要承担指定案件的查勘、定损职责
- 车险事故及损失信息查勘，判断保险责任
- 协助客户处理事故善后
- 指导客户填写及收集手配资料、协谈沟通
- 提升车险服务治疗的其他工作 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，汽车类、机械类、自动化类、电子及交通运输类等相关专业优先
- 熟悉汽车构造、汽车理论、汽车维修流程，了解配件市场
- 刻苦耐劳、认真细致、责任心强、有交强的沟通协调能力
- 品格正直、诚实守信
