## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接公司B端的的企业客户资源，统筹安排，主导策划、设计面向企业的营销活动，带领团队开展面向企业下员工及其家属的健康管理、养老产品的营销工作；
- 负责团队成员管理工作，带领团队达成公司的各项考核要求；
- 积极参与公司组织的各项活动，勤于学习，带领团队不断提升专业技能；
- 遵纪守法，严格遵守公司各项规章制度和销售管理要求。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有职域开拓经验、个人寿险产品营销支持、团队管理经验者优先。
