## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．股权管理

对标上市公司治理准则、行业监管规则及市场最佳实践，研究、拟订并执行集团公司管理、支持服务的机制流程 2．重大事项决策支持：协同各职能部门，监督、指导和服务公司，对重大事项评估，实施适当且充分的审批、报备及知会流程 3．派出董事履职支持和服务：建立派出董事信息库及履职档案，协助派出董事履行职责，指导和协助公司开展董事选聘报批、管理培训、考核评价 4．协助质效提升及专项工作：追踪应对监管政策及内部管理要求，对上述工作提出专业意见和优化建议，完成上级交办的相关专项工作，持续提升管理质效 任职资格 1．本科及以上，公司治理、法律、经济、金融、管理等相关专业优先 2．3年以上大型金融机构或企业集团董办、知名律所/会计师事务所/咨询机构、金融部门等相关工作经验 3．熟悉《公司法》、公司治理原则及主要金融监管规则，有股权管理、公司治理、法务合规、战略管理等专业经历 4．具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调、分析判断能力,责任心、原则性、保密意识强，熟悉公文写作并能学习运用AI工具
