## Job description

岗位职责
- 做好业务团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 负责队伍组建和管理，通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升队伍成员技能和产能；
- 组织团队成员开拓、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，陪同拜访客户，挖掘客户的潜在财富及保障规划需求，提供全方位的资产配置服务；
- 基于保障及投资理财类产品的政策与需求变化，制定团队的发展规划及推动计划，完成年度业务目标；
- 贯彻总行客户分层经营业务模式，对团队成员的客户经营关系做好日常分配和结构调整，提高效率、确保公平；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。

### 工作地

杭州、嘉兴、台州、义乌、绍兴、湖州 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上金融行业营销经验，1年及以上团队管理经验，过往业绩表现优秀，有大型企业销售团队管理经验优先； 3、具有丰富的营销管理经验，具有较强的营销规划能力，熟悉银行产品和银保产品营销流程，具有全方位资产配置逻辑； 4、持有基金从业资格证、AFP/CFP理财专业证书等优先； 5、认同公司文化，积极进取，结果导向，抗压力强，优秀的沟通协作和团队管理能力； 6、无不良从业记录，责任心和合规意识强。
