## Job description

岗位职责

### 互联网理赔自动化能力建设与风控模型
- 包括但不限于网联网理赔规则研究、风控模型搭建、AI能力应用等；
- TPA履约服务网络建设；
- 互联网理赔成本管控；
- 负责推动总部各项能力和规则在机构落地，机构传帮带，提供展业支持及机构赋能；
- 完成上级交由的其它工作 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 具备出色的跨部门（业务+IT）沟通协调能力，逻辑思维缜密；拥有优秀的项目统筹与落地推动能力，能在快节奏环境中高效达成目标。
- 拥有理赔业务从业背景；熟悉互联网保险生态，具备互联网保险系统对接、理赔中台搭建、自动化规则引擎配置等相关项目实战经验者优先考虑。
