## Job description

岗位职责
- 组建、管理团队代理人队伍，推动团队代理人销售各类产品，职责包括业务策划、团队激励、续保追踪、达成考核等；
- 较强的业务能力，善于与人沟通，人脉关系广，踏实、实干，具备勤垦热情的品质。
- 负责处理或上报个代展业和创保网使用中的疑难问题，协助代理人为客户提供相应的售后服务；
- 参加公司组织的各类会议、培训等活动，保持学习，不断提升，按课程授权，完成年度授课； 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.保险、金融、汽车等相关专业优先，其它专业亦可。
