## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司职场规划、选址及租赁谈判；
- 负责公司职场设计、装修、验收及结算管理；
- 负责公司职场巡检及运维；负责职场消防安全管理、职场设施管理、职场现场和空间管理
- 负责公司职场供应商选型及考核评估
- 负责公司职场工位需求规划及搬迁调整
- 负责公司职场管理系统对接、全国职场管理系统对接、数据更新维护、审批
- 其他领导安排的工作任务。 任职资格 1、全日制本科以上学历 2、需有1至2年以上职场类工作经验
