## Job description

岗位职责
- 能独立进行集团内外客户资源开发，对产业客户、公募/私募基金、高净值个人等客户资源开发，做好客户沟通与服务，促进业绩达成；
- 维护现有客户，提供信息咨询和服务；
- 负责对接渠道的各类需求服务工作，制定渠道业务运作的各类运营流程，解决渠道客户的日常需求；
- 根据公司整体营销计划，负责在联合对接区域定期开展投资者教育报告会、投资者沙龙等培训支持服务，做好重点客户的开发和服务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，通过期货从业资格考试；
- 有3年或以上期货行业经验 ，具有专业素养，熟悉业务知识；
- 工作认真负责，有较强的沟通能力和创新意识，较好的团队合作精神，沟通协调能力强；
- 具有较强的客户开发能力、服务意识及综合职业素养，拥有客户资源者优先。
