## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立以大金融债权风险、投资风险、操作合规风险、品牌声誉风险为基础的全面风险管理体系，包括人员权限、授权管控、内控合规、经营状况等；
- 建立专项能力管理委员会（创新管理、残值管理、投委会等），涵盖事业群经营过程中所产生的各类风险事项；
- 根据事业群风险偏好，建立对应核心阈值，保障风险管理体系运转顺畅，确保各类风险管理会议有序进行；
- 负责统筹事业群内部创新类项目的风控流程规划、落地、检视、评价等工作；
- 全流程风险策略统筹推进，对于所有风险策略的运行情况监控、管理，对于风险运行情况的检视、追踪，推动风险策略迭代、优化； 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上零售消费金融类风险政策相关工作经验； 3、具有风险经营思路，损益管理思路，或有一定的数据能力及信息收集分析能力者优先； 4、具备良好的职业道德，良好的抗压能力，责任感强。
