## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对客户咨诉问题及时给予解决方案，重特大案件、上门来访的协调和组织处理；
- 新产品、新功能、新活动上线的客户服务设计和对接；
- 咨诉体系的规划和落地实施，主要包含流程制度建设和系统需求撰写；
- 对咨诉工单进行数据分析整理，产出月度分析总结、优化建议；
- 监管和政府媒体投诉对接，消费者权益保护工作落地。 任职资格
- 有客服工作经验/体验管理工作经验者优先;
- 熟练使用各项办公软件，有较强的沟通能力、统计分析、总结报告能力
- 有团队合作精神，善于跨团队协作、调度资源、解决问题；
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、专注聚焦、抗压耐力的性格。
