## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责总行及同业市场调研工作，了解市场需求，优化产品方案；
- 负责制定分行差异化产品政策及营销活动方案；
- 负责队伍培训事项规划、创建和执行，组织培训事实，评估培训效果；
- 负责跟踪业务过程管理，包括但不限于日常活动量、项目进展、目标达成等；
- 负责零售信贷获客渠道管理工作；
- 上级交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有银行3年及以上工作经验，对于苏州金融市场产品了解程度高，具有对公、零售营销经验者优先；
- 具有较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用各项办公软件；
- 团队合作能力强，善于沟通协调，抗压能力强。
