## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建车主管家模式标准化作业流程和sop手册，建立车主管家考评体系，并推动落地
- 设计管家队伍培训体系，服务策略和话术优化，完善常见问题知识库，负责管家队伍能力建设
- 总结队伍经验和需求，负责和机构、项目组、之家等需求/问题对接，推进问题解决
- 负责车主管家队伍内部管理，指标追踪，经验分享 任职资格
- 有参与从0-1项目建设意愿，支持公司车生态项目建设；
- 对车销售、车主服务行业有深度了解，有相关经验；
- 有队伍管理和队伍组建经验；
