## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，推动渠道业务发展，达成业绩指标、通过考核。
- 包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，共同协助业务员服务好客户；
- 促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度；
- 通过宣导俱乐部业务（含俱乐部品牌、权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客、存量客户提升。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历， 2.1-3年相关工作经验。
