## Job description

岗位职责
- 对分行整体私财业务指标负责，包括客户经营、产品推动、传承俱乐部业务推动、队伍管理、银保业务推动；
- 负责分行私财队伍能力提升，统筹私财队伍培训规划和实施落地，对私财队伍能力提升负责；
- 负责产品推动，对分行私财客群需求的大类产品推动指标负责，在总行私财客群产品策略指引下制定分行产品推动策略；
- 打造银保高绩效团队，制定银保业务推动方案，推动银保业务达成指标。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉私行业务及产品体系，能较好的进行客群经营、复杂产品推动。有较好的企划、组织管理能力。具备较好的组织、沟通、协调能力，能较好的跨部门、跨条线的进行沟通与协调。目标感强，有责任心，抗压性强；
- 熟悉银行产品，具有较强的服务营销能力和商业敏感性。需持有基金从业资格证。持有AFP/CFP理财专业证书者优先；
- 认同公司文化，积极进取，结果导向，具备优秀的团队合作和沟通协调能力；无不良从业记录，责任心和合规意识强。
