## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司个销综拓渠道任务计划，沟通确定任务目标分解，分阶段跟踪和督导各项指标指标的达成；
- 总公司激励方案的配合宣导，协助落实；分公司各阶段行销激励方案的策划、可行性分析，宣导、追踪落实；业务推动方案的日常督导和问题诊断；
- 诊断卡式业务、套餐业务和项目性业务发展过程中的问题，采取切实可行的措施推动各项业务的发展；根据业务需要，策划并制作各项行销辅导品，推动业务的达成；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历，经济类、营销类、管理类相关专业； 2、1-3年相关工作经验； 3、具备一定保险基层理论知识，熟悉销售管理工作； 4、具备较强的沟通、分析和策划能力。
