## Job description

岗位职责
- 机构权限业务审核及业务品质管控；
- 组合产品成本及业务数据统计分析，业务风险分布状况分析（分险种、保险责任）；
- 核保相关核心、风控、数据分析平台优化；
- 配合产品、业务场景，构建组合产品业务流程，提供产品和模式支持；
- 同类产品和服务动态分析，提供产品创新思路。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有较好的分析，解决问题能力，跨部门沟通协作能力和执行力；
- 具备较强的数据敏感度及创新能力；
- 保险、法律、经济等相关专业优先； 4、3年以上核保、产品等相关工作经验优先。
