## Job description

岗位职责 1 负责产险及其他综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质 。 2 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通 。 3 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护 。 4 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 。 5 领导交办的其它工作 。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年外部渠道工作经验，
- 具备沟通协作、领悟融会的能力。
- 具备抗压耐力、勤奋努力、责任担当、专注聚焦的性格。
- 形象好，气质佳。
