## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面执行、落实总部政策，达成业务目标及推广计划
- 负责协助总部进行地方合作银行关系的拓展；负责地方政府及监管关系的拓展和维护
- 负责机构人员绩效管理、培训发展
- 负责团队建设、费用管控
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科（双证）及以上；

### 工作经验
- 5年以上，3年以上团队管理经验；

### 专业能力
- 执行力强，具有外部公关能力；熟悉金融/保险行业；了解平安的销售文化和精神；
