## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责健康险产品的开发与设计，参与产品定价、再保沟通及风险分析
- 挖掘和维护渠道合作，创新合作模式，搭建服务生态
- 提供产品和核保培训等技术支持，赋能团队业务开展 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先 2、3年以上健康险或寿险产品开发、核保或承保经验 3、熟悉健康险市场，具备产品设计、风险分析及培训能力
