## Job description

岗位职责 （一）参与医院经营计划制定，制定并修订部门管理制度与岗位职责，推进执行并完成部门计划总结。 （二）完成集团、医院月度运营分析，落实集团交办工作，按时填报、提报各类运营数据。 （三）搭建专科经营体系，助力科室精细化管理与成本控制。 （四）制定科室经营助理管理制度及职责，统筹任务分配与工作考核，指导其开展科室指标分析与专项改善，追踪落地效果，协助科主任做好科室运营管理。 （五）参与科室运营分析会议，负责经营助理工作质量考核、专业培训及相关会议组织。 （六）论证科室 / 项目对外合作模式，协调合作条款落地实施。

### 任职资格 （一）学历学位

本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、卫生事业管理、公共卫生、医疗等相关专业，具备相应学位； （二）工作经验：5年及以上大型医疗机构（三级医院、大型医疗集团等）运营管理岗位工作经验；具备二级以上医院绩效管理体系搭建、绩效分配方案设计的实际落地经验；熟悉医疗行业运营政策及模式。 （三）专业能力：熟悉医疗行业运营政策，具备敏锐市场洞察及运营意识，把握医疗行业运营发展趋势；持有注册会计师等相关专业资格证书者优先；具备较强的预算管理、成本控制、运营分析及风险管控能力；能够独立完成医院运营企划方案设计、临床数据研判与落地效果评估。 （四）综合素质：具备良好的跨部门沟通协调、团队管理及经营决策能力，结果导向，具备较强问题解决及目标落地能力，可有效推动绩效方案、企划项目落地，无不良职业记录。 （五）其他：能够全职在岗工作，适应医院工作节奏。
