## Job description

岗位职责
- 做好客户信息收集整理，有效利用公司资源寻找合作客户，积累潜在客户群，做好客户开发及维护；
- 能与客户建立良好的工作关系，帮助企业规划员工福利保障、企业年金等需求。为客户提供各项咨询、演示、方案制定、销售等一系列专业服务；提高企业对公司的满意度。
- 熟悉公司内部专业管理流程，借助集团金融平台优势，为企业提供银行、资金管理、融资理财及信托证券等一揽子金融服务；
- 做好营业部各项经营管理工作。 任职资格 1.全日制大专学历 2.3-5年相关工作经验
