## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责合作渠道日常关系维护，及时协调处置渠道各类业务诉求与问题，做好渠道沟通对接，跟进存量业务，落实续保追踪，提升续保率，稳固渠道业务基本盘；
- 挖掘渠道及存量客户业务机会，开展团险业务对接、方案沟通、业务推进等工作，完成团体业务开拓与落地，达成业务相关目标；
- 吃透用好行业及公司各项业务政策，充分借助政策红利助推业务规模发展；做好政策的上传下达，向下做好政策宣贯解读，向上做好业务情况反馈；完成领导交办的其他各项工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融、保险、营销、公共关系等专业背景优先；
- 有渠道销售维护或大客户关系维护工作经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通、培训能力，有较强的执行力和抗压能力。
