## Job description

岗位职责

一、整体技术规划与团队管理
- 负责大数据基础建设与 AI Infra / AI Dev 两大方向的整体技术规划、架构设计、技术路线制定和长期演进。
- 负责团队日常管理，包括目标拆解、任务分配、项目排期、过程跟进、质量把控和结果交付。
- 参与关键技术方案评审和核心系统设计，对重大技术选型、架构升级、资源投入和交付风险负责。

### 二、大数据基础建设方向

负责公司大数据基础平台建设，重点覆盖 离线计算平台、实时计算平台、数据服务 API、大数据工具研发 等方向。 1. 离线与实时计算平台建设 负责离线与实时一体化数据平台建设，支撑大规模数据采集、加工、计算、调度、治理和服务输出。 2. 数据服务 API 能力建设 负责数据服务化能力建设，将底层数据资产通过标准化 API、数据网关、指标服务、标签服务、画像服务等方式输出给业务系统、AI 应用和分析平台。

### 三、AI

Infra / AI Dev 方向 负责公司 AI 工程化能力建设，重点覆盖 模型推理、模型应用、AI Infra、大模型创新应用开发 等方向。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据科学、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先。
- 具备 8 年以上技术研发经验，其中至少 3 年以上团队管理或技术负责人经验，有带领小团队或中型研发团队交付复杂系统的经验。
- 具备扎实的大数据平台建设经验，熟悉离线计算、实时计算、任务调度、数据治理、数据服务化等核心体系。
- 对 AI Infra、大模型应用工程化有实践经验，了解或使用过以下一种或多种AI基建能力
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队管理意识，能够培养团队成员，建立技术规范，提升团队整体研发效率和工程质量。
