## Job description

岗位职责
- 运营数据平台搭建、运维、优化，对机构理赔进行培训、宣导、监测、分析，问题收集和工作追踪等；
- 分机构理赔月报生成、发布、迭代、优化；
- 理赔系统数据清洗，对外数据赋能支持，输出健康看板、客服报告、续保长图等赋能工具。 任职资格

### 学历及专业
- 本科及以上学历优先，数据统计、经济金融、计算机相关专业优先考虑；

### 工作经验
- 具备2年以上机构理赔管理或数据分析相关岗位工作经验者优先；

### 工作能力
- 具备数据平台建设或运营相关经验，熟悉数据看板全流程开发；
- 掌握SQL、Python等数据分析工具；
- 具备良好的沟通能力与逻辑思维，能独立撰写分析报告及PPT，具备较强的工作抗压能力。
