## Job description

岗位职责

### 网点规划方向
- 协助建设机构管理体系，完善考核评估机制、优化渠道规划布局、构建网点分类评价体系；

### 网点活动方向
- 协助策划各类网点的客群活动，开发体系化主题，推动分阶段战法；

### 人网匹配方向
- 协助建立网点人员分类标准，构建人网匹配管理机制，监控人网匹配及人力配置投产考评。 任职资格
- 金融、经济、统计、数学等相关专业优先
- 责任心强、规划能力突出、条理性强、沟通协调能力良好、主动且善于思考
- 战略规划、项目管理、数据分析类相关经验优先
