## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责公司健康险理赔案件在线咨询工作；
- 通过在线理赔工具与客户进行沟通，输出理赔结论；
- 负责统计日常咨询相关报表；
- 负责理赔结合公司医疗健康服务线上业务咨询回访。
- 领导交待其他事项。

### 任职资格 岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历（医学、法学、相关优先）； 2、1年及以上保险行业客服工作经验优先； 3、具备健康险理赔专业知识优先，有良好的沟通协调能力； 4、语言表达能力，学习能力及适应能力强，具有客户服务意识及团队协作精神； 5、有耐心、形象气质佳。
