## Job description

岗位职责 工作职责 任职资格
- 公司蚂蚁平台业务转办的各类保险案件、申诉案件的处理；负责对理赔结果、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释；
- 协理蚂蚁平台相关的客户服务事项；处理蚂蚁平台信息需求案件并管控结案品质；
- 负责相关理赔、咨诉业务数据分析、报表类的处理，提出专业性的改进意见；
- 完成其他领导交待的事项。

### 任职要求

1.本科以上学历，有1-3年相关保险客服工作经验优先考虑 2.具有较好的抗压能力
