## Job description

岗位职责

### 语料与知识管理
- 基于业务需求设计对话流程，负责语料的收集、清洗、标注，构建高质量的知识库与语料库；

### 模型训练与调优
- 负责智能客服模型（如意图识别、语义理解、多轮对话）的日常训练、评测与优化，提高智能客服的语义理解能力和交互有效性，提升意图识别准确率和问题解决率；

### 效果监测与迭代
- 监测智能客服运行情况，进行问题预警及效果评估，提出优化建议推动模型持续升级；

### 跨职能协作与项目支持
- 参与功能测试、话术合规评审、基础业务数据处理、新业务上线支持等工作，协助推动服务流程优化与智能化能力提升。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 金融学、计算机科学、信息管理等相关专业优先考虑；
- 有1年以上智能训练、知识库运维、微信公众号运营等智能相关工作经验；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础数据处理能力；
- 逻辑清晰、细心负责、学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和用户意识，有团队协作精神。
