## Job description

### 岗位职责 公司总经理（CEO）负责公司的总体方向、战略和业绩，包括
- 制定公司当前以及长远的目标、政策和规程
- 领导和协调高管团队，重点制订发展战略
- 评估并汇报公司业绩，提供改进建议
- 面对客户、财经界和公众时代表公司 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业有10年以上工作经历，有职金融行业部门长或三级机构负责人经历优先。
- 负责三级机构战略与规划、销售管理。
- 熟悉金融专业知识-保险类技能-医疗保险。
