## Job description

岗位职责
- 以证券行业为主要研究方向，多元金融、金融科技等其他非银金融研究方向为辅；
- 实时跟踪政策、行业、公司的变化，数据库维护更新，通过调研产业和公司，深入分析行业竞争格局和发展趋势，撰写研究报告。通过对非银金融行业研究、公司调研、政策跟踪等，产出业绩点评、个股深度、行业专题等各类研究报告；
- 完成外部客户及公司内部的课题、路演等需求。 任职资格
- 国内外院校硕士及以上学历，金融、经济学、会计等专业优先；
- 具有2年以内非银金融行业研究或从业经历者优先考虑，对证券行业有基本了解，具备一定研究基础；
- 逻辑清晰，踏实勤奋，具有良好的写作、沟通能力和高度的责任心，善于团队工作。
