## Job description

岗位职责
- 所辖团队的日常管理、人才培养、队伍培训等；
- 对团队业绩达成负责，带领个渠产品经理团队，对现有平安内部综拓、银行等销售渠道进行维护；新产品的宣导和推广； 与渠道方区负责人、团队主任等管理级别的人员的关系维护；
- 完成公司下达的其他相关指标，如新保、续保、重大理赔案件处理及运营、系统类问题； 公司内部各部门的日常沟通协调和问题解决。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.4-6年相关工作经验 3.熟悉PPT、excel、office、公文写作 4.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
