## Job description

岗位职责 顶私PB主要负责高端客户的拓展及承接，挖掘上市公司董监高等高端客户资源，通过私信贷、股票质押、结构化融资等挖掘高端客户需求，提高高端客户粘度及服务体验。
- 承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品；
- 全方面满足客户需求，以资产配置方式，通过精准KYC向客户推荐合适的产品，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提高合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 经验:有金融行业从业经验，有相关法律、税务、证券、投行等从业经验，5年以上私人银行/高端财富管理相关工作经验、2年以上超高净值客户服务经验者优先，过往业绩表现良好，无违规违纪行为；
- 专业能力:熟悉国内外宏观市场及细分市场，熟悉各类金融工具、理财产品，熟悉市场主要产品的交易结构；有较强的服务营销和推动能力、数据处理和分析能力，熟悉相关法律法规，持有AFP、CFP、CFA 等专业证照者优先；
- 素质要求:追求卓越、具有商业敏感性；有较好的学习能力、沟通协调能力、抗压能力;遵纪守法，合规意识强。
