## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与制定本中心的共建业务销售管理体系、战略规划及年度计划，与中心负责人和总部相关部门沟通并引入落地；
- 负责完成中心年度共建业务开发和营业额指标；
- 负责共建项目的商机收集、客户拜访、方案制定和现场谈判，并指导中心销售人员；
- 负责中心共建业务的立项审批流程，制作本中心的开发和销售工具，开展培训；
- 负责对所管辖区域的共建业务进行跟踪管理，监控营销数据，分析并提出改进建议；
- 完成上级交代的其他事项。 任职资格
- 全日制医学院大专及以上学历，医学、检验相关专业；
- 有5年以上工作经验，有共建业务管理，项目开发和管理工作经验者优先；
- 有较好的文案功底，熟悉国家和行业相关政策，具备方案制定和客户沟通的能力；
- 有很强的市场意识，能把握体外诊断市场动态、市场方向，具备良好的资源整合能力；
- 口齿清晰、思维敏捷，善于创新，具有良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力；
- 执行力较强、抗压能力强，工作积极主动。
