## Job description

岗位职责
- 针对负责行业的资产情况，以及资产管理的过程、结果进行汇总、分析和评价，并出具后续管控意见；
- 对于负责行业的资产管理策略以及管理体系的进行部署、检视以及优化；
- 持续进行预警监控，针对内外部风险变化进行反馈，负责相关排查的启动、策略制定、结果反馈以及必要的实地参与；
- 针对资产管理方面的重要管理专项牵头负责，确保各环节管控措施落实有效；
- 不断优化制定资产管理业务规则，强化结果执行的分析评价，确保规则有效执行；
- 负责公司创新业务资产管理方面的风险评估以及管理动作完善；
- 协调与业务以及与其他功能条线之间的资源需求以及信息反馈，完善沟通机制；
- 领导交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，统计、经济、财务、金融类或所属行业；
- 在信审、贷后管理、统计、行业分析研究领域 2年（含）以上工作经验，具有较强的财务分析能力以及风险管理能力；
- 熟悉商业银行全面风险管理理论及管理流程；了解制度政策体系；具备较强风险敏感性；
- 具有较好的分析判断和解决问题能力；具有较好的沟通协调和执行能力、抗压性；责任感强，主动性高；
- 具备船舶业务、经营性租赁业务资产管理经验者优先。
