## Job description

岗位职责
- 专注苏州及长三角高端装备、智能装备、精密制造、自动化设备产业链客户开发、维护与经营，建立行业核心客户资源池。
- 为装备制造类企业提供结算融资、流贷固贷、供应链金融、保函票据、投贷联动、财资管理等一揽子对公综合金融服务。
- 负责客户授信准入、业务申报、贷前调查、贷中落地、贷后管理，持续挖掘企业经营、技改、扩产、上下游产业链融资需求。
- 跟踪高端装备制造产业政策、园区动态、企业扩产节奏、专精特新培育名单，搭建分行重点行业客户储备库。
- 严格落实对公业务合规要求，把控制造业客户经营风险、担保风险、行业周期风险，确保资产质量稳健。
- 领导交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，形象气质佳，沟通谈判能力突出。 2.3 年及以上银行对公客户经理经验，深耕高端装备、精密制造、智能制造行业者优先，熟悉苏州本地制造业产业生态、产业园区及优质企业资源。 3.熟悉对公授信流程、制造业授信模型，具备独立尽调、方案撰写、项目落地能力，可独立开发中小及规上制造企业客户。 4.具备一定高端装备制造行业企业、上下游、园区、协会资源，有存量可落地项目者优先。 5.目标感强、抗压能力强，善于产业研究与客户经营，职业素养高、合规意识强。
