## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据团队需要，参与量化投资策略研究与制定，投研体系建设，创新品种研究等工作；
- 负责组合投资管理，制定投资策略和交易计划，对组合的投资业绩负责；
- 制定账户业绩检视，投资分析等各类报告，与委托人保持紧密沟通和交流。 任职资格
- 国内外院校理工科相关专业硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、物理优先；
- 超过3年量化研究或量化交易相关的经验；
- 具备较强的数理能力，对量化投资和交易有持续的热情，热爱独立思考，深入探索研究，有机器学习背景更佳；
- 表达能力强，踏实勤奋，注重细节，抗压能力强。
