## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责业务核保支持日常工作。
- 研究当地市场状况，负责业务的各项数据分析，及时反馈核保政策在机构实施的效果。
- 负责业务的初审及上报。
- 配合销售部门，提供技术支持。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 全日制本科及以上学历，2021/2022届毕业生；985/211院校，数学统计类专业；

### 相关经验
- 认同保险行业，有相关工作/实习经验优先；

### 专业能力
- 丰富的核保理论知识和分析能力；

### 核心能力
- 较强的协调和分析能力。
