## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 协助健康险的产品推动、包括产品需求收集与梳理、产品方案设计、产品培训宣导及产品销售答疑；
- 常规业务风险管理及业务项目推动落地；
- 协助个人非车产品线（家庭财产险、个人意外险、个人健康险等）进行AI训机；
- 领导交办的其他工作； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有较强的话术及销售工具营销制作能力；
- 具有创新能力、协调沟通能力及组织推动能力；
- 具有健康险定价相关工作经验或精通健康险产品优先
